Employee Home Perks is a free employee benefit program designed to support businesses and locals located in the Inland Northwest. We do this by streamlining the process of buying and selling real estate and ensuring that employees are not only provided with the most professional and enjoyable experience but also the most cost-effective one.

In fact, due to our expertise, industry knowledge, partnerships, and deep relationships in our local communities, this program saves thousands (or even tens of thousands) of dollars during the process. Every single dollar saved then goes directly to the employee. There is no money retained by Employee Home Perks and no cost associated with this program.

Our goal is twofold: 1) Give our local businesses a competitive edge over national and global corporations who often offer housing and moving incentives when competing for the same great employees. 2) Provide our hardworking locals with a bit of relief when participating in our increasingly expensive and competitive real estate market.

Although the employee benefits of this program are obvious, this program also greatly benefits businesses by increasing their employee acquisition, retention, loyalty, and morale.
